  For 40 years, I have advised small businesses through economic shifts, technical revolutions, and a global pandemic. In November 2024, Bill Gates warned of a technical and economic “tsunami” facing the human race. My subsequent research led to the April 2025 launch of IOLEBA, originally intended to advise businesses on these changes.

However, the speed of evolution surpassed all expectations. Within just seven months, the landscape shifted dramatically, and by our one-year anniversary in April 2026, the transition to advanced AI models like Gemma marked a permanent pivot in human history.

The Global Retooling Challenge At the January Davos summit, the IMF verified the scale of this crisis: over 1 billion people must be retooled to survive the AI transition. This excludes the incoming generations who face careers that haven’t even been invented yet.

The Industrial Revolution, which provided stability for 150 years, ends in 2026. We are returning to our roots. For thousands of years, artisans built communities and commerce through Guilds. The IOLEBA Guild provides the “Apprentice Tools” of today—virtual modules that transform into a Virtual Assembly where professionals can build global commerce.

Every state bar in America is on record. AI in legal practice is a professional responsibility issue, not a technology question. This track is built exclusively for Attorneys and Law Firm Managers who need to act now.

Community Lighthouse (School & Institutional)

Status: Migrating (School Board Access May 20th) A structured, controlled environment for Educational Institutions and Workforce Development centers. This program focuses on GenZ and future generations, providing them with the AI literacy required for the “unborn careers” of the next decade.

School District Applications are being accepted starting May 20th for the 2026-2027 School Year

Displaced Coder & Tech Retooling

Status: Migrating this Program June 1st. Specialized training for technical professionals whose roles have been transformed by AI automation. This track focuses on moving from “writing code” to “architecting AI solutions.”

IOLEBA General & Entrepreneur

Status: Migrating (Full Launch June 15). Designed for the displaced worker, the modern entrepreneur, and the professional “retooler.” This level provides the foundational AI tools needed to scale a business and includes full access to the IOLEBA Assembly for global networking and collaborative commerce.
